Green Focus cream for pancakes, crepes or other fillings.

Breakfast crepes with Green Focus cream.

Ingredients:

2 tsp Green Focus powder
200g (vegan) quark
1-2 teaspoons of sweetener of your choice (e.g. honey, agave syrup, etc.)
Vanilla (optional)

Toppings to refine according to your taste:
Nuts, seeds or fruit of your choice

Preparation:
Put the (vegan) quark in a bowl and mix it with 2 teaspoons of Green Focus powder until the powder dissolves.

Add the sweetener of your choice and optionally vanilla.

Fill the crepes with it and decorate with fruits or nuts of your choice.

Voila. Your breakfast crepes with green cream filling are ready.

Golden Guard Turmeric Smoothie

A delicious golden smoothie made with turmeric, ginger, bananas, oats, and coconut milk.

Ingredients:

1 tsp Golden Guard powder
2-3 tablespoons oat flakes
1 banana
1 small cup or handful of frozen pineapple or other fruit
150-250 ml liquid, e.g. coconut milk, plant milk
A splash of lime
Optionally some sweetener such as honey or agave syrup

Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend everything until smooth. So easy. So delicious!

Voila. Your breakfast smoothie is ready.

Green Focus Smoothie Bowl

A light breakfast with energy-boosting matcha, bananas, avocado, and nuts.

Ingredients:

1 tsp Green Flow powder
1 banana
1/2 avocado
50-100ml coconut milk or other plant milk, depending on how creamy or runny you like your Green Bowl.
Optionally some sweetener such as honey or agave syrup

Toppings to refine according to your taste:
Tigernut chips
cocoa nibs
Pistachios

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl. Garnish the green bowl with your choice of toppings.

Voila! Your green breakfast bowl is ready.

Pink Power Beetroot Over Night Oats

A wholesome, delicious and easily digestible breakfast made from fermentation with beetroot, oatmeal, flaxseed, other nuts, and fruit of your choice.

Ingredients:
1 tsp Pink Power Powder
oatmeal
1 tsp flaxseed
Sunflower seeds
Cashews or other nuts
Mulberries (instead of raisins)
Chia seeds
(Plant) milk

Preparation:
Place the oats in a bowl. Add the flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, cashews, mulberries, and chia seeds. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of Pink Power powder in a little warm (plant-based) milk and pour over the dry ingredients.

Place the container in the refrigerator overnight. Remove it from the refrigerator in the morning and garnish with your favorite topping. Done.
