Manufactory
The work of our Berlin manufactory is based on the principles of naturalness, purity and transparency .
We manufacture our products by hand , a time-consuming process that—unlike automated production lines—does not require the use of flow agents, additives, or fillers. This makes all the difference—just as, for example, a slow-baked, traditionally baked sourdough bread is often tastier and more digestible than industrially produced baked goods.
Our selected natural ingredients come from regional and global cultivation areas and are laboratory-tested , processed, and ecologically packaged according to European standards. Our products are 100% vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free , and free from added sugar and sweeteners, as well as artificial flavors, preservatives, colors , and GMOs .
