Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries : Germany and all EU countries .

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order.

For private customers: for orders over €50.00, we offer free shipping within Germany.

Deliveries to the European Union :

We charge a flat rate of 14.90 € for shipping within the EU

For private customers: for orders over €100.00 we deliver free of charge to other EU countries.

Deliveries to all other countries :

We charge a flat shipping fee of €19.90

For private customers: for orders over €200.00 we deliver free of charge.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 2-3 days, and for deliveries abroad within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

Further details on payment

When paying by SEPA Direct Debit or SEPA Business Direct Debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least five days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds in your account by the announced date.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the goods are dispatched.
