Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping Conditions

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Germany and all EU countries.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order.

For private customers: From an order value of €50.00, we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.

Deliveries within the European Union:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €14.90 per order.

For private customers: From an order value of €100.00, we deliver free of shipping costs within the EU.

Deliveries to all other countries:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €19.90 per order.

For private customers: From an order value of €200.00, we deliver free of shipping costs.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 2–3 days, and deliveries abroad within 5–7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further Details on Payment

When paying by SEPA core direct debit or SEPA business-to-business direct debit, you authorize us by issuing the corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon dispatch of the goods.
