Blue Balance Ice Popsicle

A low-sugar, delicious, and creamy ice cream for warm days.

Ingredients:
2 tsp Blue Balance Powder
200ml coconut milk
200g (vegan) quark
50-100g frozen blueberries (depending on how fruity you like them)
2-3 teaspoons sweetener (honey, agave syrup, etc.)

Toppings to refine according to your taste:
50g nuts or seeds, fruit of your choice, edible flowers

Tip:
The more fat (coconut milk, quark with a higher fat content), the creamier the ice cream becomes, as fewer water crystals form.

Preparation:
Add 2 teaspoons of Blue Balance powder to a small bowl of coconut milk and stir the powder with a tea whisk until it dissolves.

Then mix it with the remaining coconut milk and the curd to form a homogeneous mass.

If you want to sweeten the ice cream further, add 2-3 teaspoons of sweetener of your choice. Ideally, it should be runny so it folds in easily.

Fill the ice cream mold with the coconut-quark mixture.

Close the lid and place it in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours. Better yet, overnight.

Heat the chocolate and dip the ice cream into the melted chocolate. Then let it cool quickly and, if necessary, return the ice cream to the freezer to allow the chocolate to harden faster.

Optionally, sprinkle the chocolate with nut flakes or other toppings while the chocolate is still warm.

Voila. Your homemade Blue Balance Popsicle is ready.

Purple Chai Tiramisu

This will bring Italian flair into your home.

Ingredients:
2-3 tsp Purple Chai powder
400g (vegan) mascarpone
ladyfingers
Brewed coffee
2-3 teaspoons of sweetener of your choice (honey, agave syrup, etc.)
fresh fruit as a topping

Preparation:
Add the Purple Chai powder to the mascarpone cream and mix until dissolved. Optionally, add 2-3 teaspoons of sweetener of your choice.

Then dip the sponge cake into the coffee.

Layer the tiramisu in a baking dish.
Start with the sponge cake, then Purple Chai Cream, sponge cake again and so on until the top layer is made of mascarpone.

Now place the baking dish in the refrigerator for a few hours so that the mascarpone cream hardens.

Finally, sprinkle with purple chai powder and decorate with fresh fruit.

Voila. Your homemade Purple Chai Tiramisu is ready.

Purple Chai Rice Pudding

Super easy. Super delicious.

Ingredients:

2-3 tsp Purple Chai powder
400ml (plant-based) milk
200g rice pudding
Optional sweetener of your choice

Toppings to refine according to your taste:
50g nuts or seeds, fruit of your choice, edible flowers

Preparation:
Cook your rice pudding according to the instructions on the package.

When the rice pudding is cooked, add 2-3 teaspoons of purple chai powder.

Optionally, add a sweetener of your choice.

Enjoy the rice pudding warm or let it cool and garnish it with fruits or nuts of your choice.

Voila. Your homemade Purple Chai rice pudding is ready.
