The Purple Chai Botanical Blend is a caffeine-free, plant-based superfood blend (100% superfoods) made with chai spices (see breakdown below), purple sweet potato, heirloom carrot, rosehip, toasted rice, and lucuma. This plant-based blend is our newest addition to our Botanical Latte family. It's handcrafted in Berlin and is 100% vegan, free from added sugar, preservatives, artificial colors, and flavors.

Ingredients

Our Purple Chai Botanical Blend consists of purple sweet potato, purple carrot, chai spices such as cinnamon, anise, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and cardamom, and rosehip. Rounded off with a touch of natural sweetness from lucuma and orange peel. These natural ingredients give Purple Chai a mildly spicy and slightly sweet taste, which we achieve without the addition of artificial flavors, sugar, or sweeteners.

We use only hand-picked and, wherever possible, regional raw materials. We source all ingredients from the regions that provide us with the best quality and flavor.


Purple sweet potato
Sweet potatoes are rich in vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin A, which is important for eye health. They contain antioxidants that can help reduce inflammation and protect against certain diseases.
Sweet potatoes may have blood sugar regulating properties and be beneficial for people with diabetes.

Original carrot
Purple carrots are rich in antioxidants, especially anthocyanins, which give them their purple color and have anti-inflammatory properties.
They contain high amounts of vitamin A, vitamin C and potassium, which are beneficial for maintaining good health.

nutmeg
Nutmeg contains a high level of antioxidants and is a good source of minerals such as potassium, calcium and magnesium.
It may have anti-inflammatory properties and be beneficial for people with arthritis. It is also said to have a calming effect and improve sleep quality. In addition, nutmeg has traditionally been used as a remedy for digestive problems such as upset stomach, diarrhea, and nausea.

orange peel

Our Botanical Blend can be prepared easily, quickly and according to your individual taste with (plant-based) milk.
Put 1 teaspoon of the powder into a cup/glass, pour in approximately 50ml of hot water, and stir the powder into the water with a tea whisk or spoon until completely dissolved. Pour in 150-200ml of warm (plant-based) milk (no hotter than 60°C, otherwise the lactose will burn and the milk's natural sweetness will be lost). Voila, your delicious Botanical Latte is ready.

How many servings does a pack of Botanical Blend contain?

A 150g pack contains approximately 30 servings of 5g each.

What does Purple Chai Botanical Blend taste like?

Our Purple Chai Latte tastes mildly spicy and sweet thanks to the balanced blend of various chai spices and ingredients. Thanks to this balanced combination, this chai blend is completely caffeine-free and unfolds its full aroma when poured over warm milk. The natural ingredients give Purple Chai a sweet and slightly spicy taste, which we achieve without adding artificial flavors, sugar, or sweeteners. If you like your latte a little sweeter, the sky's the limit. We recommend natural, cold-pressed honey or a caramelized whole cane sugar (e.g., mascobado) as a tasty alternative to conventional sugar.

Our products consist exclusively of ingredients of plant origin and are 100% vegan.

Why does a small amount of tea residue remain in the cup/glass?

You are currently drinking a natural product made from 100% natural ingredients and handcrafted by us. For us, small pieces on the bottom of the cup or glass are proof of a natural product. Nevertheless, we continue to work to minimize the mouthfeel and thus the formation of pieces in the powder. Some spices or ingredients, such as cinnamon, never dissolve completely, and therefore a small amount of "tea grounds" will always remain.

Is Purple Chai Botanical Blend caffeine-free?

Yes, the Purple Chai Botanical Latte is caffeine-free. We developed it as an alternative to coffee and are sure to delight you—in the morning, during the day, or before bed. All of our products are caffeine-free, with the exception of the Green Focus Botanical Blend. This contains matcha powder and therefore caffeine.

Is Purple Chai Botanical Blend sugar-free?

All our products are free from added sugar and any sweeteners and contain only the natural sugars of the plant-based ingredients.

Can pregnant or breastfeeding women consume Pink Power Botanical Blend?

Please consult your doctor. With the exception of Green Focus Botanical Blend, all our Botanical Blend products are caffeine-free. Furthermore, we do not contain any preservatives or additives.

Are the products tested for heavy metals, pesticides, and other contaminants?

Yes, all products are regularly tested in specialized laboratories according to European standards.
