Ingredients
Our Green Focus Botanical Latte is made with matcha, roasted hazelnuts, mulberries, pistachios, chlorella, roasted rice, coconut, and reishi extract. These natural ingredients give Green Focus a nutty, aromatic flavor, which we achieve without the addition of artificial flavors, sugar, or sweeteners.
We use only hand-picked and, where possible, regional raw materials. We source all ingredients from the best growing regions.
Matcha
Matcha is a true all-rounder. In addition to caffeine, antioxidants, and amino acids, it also contains a variety of vitamins (A, B1, B2, E, C, and K), minerals, and important trace elements such as potassium, calcium, copper, zinc, and iron.
Hazelnuts
Hazelnuts are a true power food: This is due to their relatively high fat content, predominantly unsaturated fatty acids. Hazelnuts also have a high protein content of around 12%. They are an excellent source of vitamins (especially B vitamins and vitamin E). Hazelnuts also have a significant content of copper, iron, magnesium, and phosphorus. They also contain potassium, calcium, selenium, and zinc.
Mulberries
Mulberries are experiencing a small revival and are enjoying renewed popularity and thus greater recognition in the German food sector. They are increasingly being used in trail mixes and muesli. We're very pleased about this, as we love these small berries, which look quite similar to blackberries and are picked from mid-June to mid-July, depending on the climate. Mulberries are, of course, a delicious source of nutrients: They provide you with potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, as well as folic acid, vitamins C and E, as well as copper and manganese.
coconut
Coconut is one of the most popular superfoods. The fatty coconut flakes help increase the bioavailability of the ingredients in our Botanical Latte. Coconut contains valuable nutrients, minerals, B vitamins, amino acids, antioxidants, and fiber.
toasted rice
Rice is low in fat and cholesterol, making it a good option for those looking to control their cholesterol levels. Rice is a good source of carbohydrates and provides energy for the body and brain. 3 key minerals and vitamins in rice:
Magnesium – important for bone and dental health, as well as muscle and nerve function. Phosphorus – helps build strong bones and teeth and is essential for the proper functioning of body cells and tissues. Vitamin B – essential for energy metabolism and helps in the formation of red blood cells.
Chlorella
The freshwater algae Chlorella has been used as a dietary supplement for almost 40 years, primarily in Japan. In America, it is one of the most widely purchased natural dietary supplements.
Chlorella is rich in nutrients and vital substances. It is particularly rich in chlorophyll and contains a high proportion of vitamins (including the entire B complex, vitamins A, C, D, E, K, and active B12), as well as minerals and trace elements (calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper, iron, zinc, silicon, chromium, and manganese). About 60 percent of chlorella consists of protein. Chlorella contains important enzymes such as pepsin and chlorophyllase. It has a high concentration of antioxidant substances.
Pistachios
Pistachio kernels have high nutritional value, consisting of a good 50 percent fat. Like hazelnuts, this fat is largely made up of valuable unsaturated fatty acids. They contain a high protein content of almost 20 percent. Pistachios contain B vitamins, which are important for the functioning of the nervous system, among other things. Pistachios also contain vitamin E and provitamin A. They are also high in potassium and iron. The fiber they contain promotes healthy digestion.
Reishi (glossy lacquer polypore)
In traditional Chinese medicine, Reishi is called the “mushroom of eternal life” and is said to have extraordinary healing powers.
Research has identified approximately 400 bioactive compounds in reishi, including triterpenoids, polysaccharides, phenols, steroids, proteins, fatty acids, as well as important minerals and rare trace elements. Triterpenoids and polysaccharides can exert potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.
